The successful bidder for a chance to be a guest Weather Personality during the 40th Annual Kiwanis TV Auction will receive one opportunity for a 6 - 12 year old to participate in the weather forecasting portion of the EYEWITNESS NEWS AT 5 newscast on WDIO-TV/WIRT-13
