Scholarship Form

One $500 scholarship is awarded each
year to one
St. Scholastica student, one
UMD student,
one Lake Superior College, or a senior of a Duluth Public School who is planning on attending one of these three institutions.

CRITERIA:
1. Demonstrate a history of civic/voluntary service.

2. Academic achievement, preferably 3.0 GPA or above.

3. Preference given to a High School Key Club member Circle K Club member.

PROCEDURE:
Applicants need to write a letter stating their background, history of civic/volunteer service, extra-curricular activities and academic achievement.

Application and letter must be submitted by
March 15, 2010.
